We are looking for volunteers to be ambassadors for St. Louis by providing a warm welcome and personal service to help vacationers, convention delegates and business travelers enjoy a world-class St. Louis experience. You can get into the action as part of St. Louis’ welcoming committee at one of our visitor centers or through a variety of other opportunities to engage with St. Louis visitors.

Volunteer Opportunities
Explore St. Louis offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for varying schedules and interests.
Visitor Information Centers
Join the team at one of the five area Explore St. Louis Visitor Information Centers. Located at the Gateway Arch, Saint Louis Union Station, in Forest Park and two centers at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, with one in each terminal.
Convention Volunteer Team
Our Convention Volunteer Team (CVT) engages attendees during major conventions and trade shows held at America’s Center. This group of enthusiastic, uniformed volunteers is called to action to provide St. Louis information and help delegates navigate through the convention complex.
Gateway Greeters
Gateway Greeters make sure that visitors receive a warm welcome and friendly assistance when they arrive at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, whether they’re meeting a VIP at the gate or engaging passengers on the concourse.
Special Events & Sporting Events
Event volunteers are called into action four or five times a year for a wide range of special events. Volunteers could be welcoming visitors at the airport, staffing an information desk at a hotel or providing assistance at an event.
